This math problem solving scenario invites learners to design a playground with the Dragonflier Kids.  Learners will analyze survey data, plot equipment on a grid by square unit, add money to make budgeting decisions, and use their creativity to design a playground theme. NCTM standards that are addressed are Numbers & Operations, Measurement, and Data Analysis.  Includes student reproducibles and assessment rubrics.
